ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may vary depending on:

- Custom or made-to-order items
- Holidays and peak shopping seasons
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and federal holidays.

We ship through trusted carriers including:

- FedEx

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Red Fox Riot Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:
- Verify your shipping address.
- Check with neighbors or household members.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label.
- We will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Red Fox Riot Co. ships within the United States unless otherwise stated.
If international shipping becomes available, additional duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
PREORDERS AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Some products may be made to order or offered as preorders.
Estimated production times will be listed on the product page. Orders containing preorder items may ship when all items are ready unless otherwise noted.
